4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Premium access is available through one-time payments for fixed access periods (30 days, 90 days, or 365 days). All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SCMExam — including practice questions, explanations, flashcards, mind maps, video courses, formula sheets, and other study materials — is the intellectual property of SCMExam. All content is independently created and does not reproduce copyrighted material from any third party.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own study purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
